Multi-function programmable attenuator which can switch the attenuation of microwave signal by ultra high-speed (2μs). Optimum for evaluation of communication quality of such wireless communication equipments as cellular phone, PHS, ETC, wireless LAN and Bluetooth. Four models (1.5 to 4.5GHz / 3 to 9GHz / 4.5 to 13.5GHz / 1.95 to 5.85GHz). Capable of arbitrary attenuation program (8 to 131072 steps). Software for making attenuation program is a standard accessory. GPIB and RS-232C are equipped as standard accessories. Maximum attenuation 80dB and setting resolution 0.05dBm. |
